Makeup Mania Roblox is still listed and playable as of October 2026. The official experience now appears under the title Makeup Mania! BETA [HETEROCHROMIA]. Many players reported trouble finding it in search or saw conflicting posts about an age restriction or shutdown. Those reports do not match the current official listing.
Makeup Mania is a free-to-play competition game where players create makeup looks, style their characters, and vote on themed rounds. It launched in late September 2026 and quickly gained millions of visits.
Quick Answer
- Makeup Mania Roblox remains available under the title Makeup Mania! BETA [HETEROCHROMIA].
- The game uses the same place ID (117935850321807) created by the Make-up Mania! group.
- Title changes reflect beta updates, not a new or replacement game.
- No official shutdown announcement exists, and trackers continue to show active players.
Current Status of Makeup Mania
As of October 13, 2026, the official Roblox page for Makeup Mania displays the title Makeup Mania! BETA [HETEROCHROMIA]. The creator is listed as Make-up Mania!. The place ID is 117935850321807. The description still reads that players can create makeup looks, style characters, compete in themed rounds, vote for other players, and earn rewards. It also states that new content is coming soon.
Third-party trackers report tens of millions of total visits and thousands of concurrent players in recent snapshots. These numbers change constantly, but they confirm the experience is operational. The game was created on or around September 25, 2026, making it a relatively new beta.
Why the Title Keeps Changing
The listing title has carried several update labels in early October. Earlier versions included [LAYERS] and [LASH TECH UPDATE]. The current label is [HETEROCHROMIA]. Fan-maintained logs also noted earlier stamps such as [MORE EYE COLOURS]. These changes apply to the same place ID. They do not indicate separate games or a full relaunch.
Developers have not published detailed public changelogs on the surfaces most players check. The title label itself serves as the main public signal of recent work. Searching for an older title can return incomplete or outdated results even while the current page remains live.
Age Rating and Access Reports
Player reports about age requirements have conflicted. Some early guides mentioned a 16+ restriction. A later check of Roblox’s age-recommendation record listed the game as Minimal, suitable for everyone. These accounts do not match perfectly, so a single permanent age rule cannot be confirmed from available information.
If the Play button does not appear for an individual account, the cause is more likely tied to that account’s experience settings than a game-wide deletion. Searching for the game by name can also fail even when the direct listing loads correctly. Using the place ID or the full current title is the most reliable way to locate it.
Not a Replacement or Permanent Shutdown
No evidence links Makeup Mania to Paint Me Pretty or any other makeup experience as an official successor. Paint Me Pretty’s description states it is a different game and is not affiliated with Makeup Mania. No developer statement announcing a permanent closure, ban, or forced replacement has appeared in the official description or reviewed sources.
The game continues to list the Make-up Mania! group (community ID 409491256) as the place for updates. The owner of that group is identified as zowjeka on Roblox’s indexed pages.
What Players Can Do Now
Players who want to join can open the official listing directly by searching the place ID 117935850321807 or the full title Makeup Mania! BETA [HETEROCHROMIA]. Joining the Make-up Mania! group provides the channel the game page recommends for announcements. Freeplay mode, when available, lets players practice tools before entering competition rounds.
Because the experience is still in beta, features and listing details can change quickly. Checking the official page and group remains the clearest way to confirm the latest status.
