Brookhaven RP New Update: Brookhaven RP received a big and exciting update on May 15, 2026. This update brings major improvements to cars, building tools, and house decoration. It is officially known as the New Auto Mall & Mechanics Update.

Brookhaven RP New Update
New Car Dealership – Big Frank’s Motors
The highlight of this update is the brand new Big Frank’s Motors car dealership.
This beautiful two-story building is located on Brookhaven Avenue, right next to the arcade in a spot that was previously underused. The ground floor serves as a spacious showroom where players can walk around and check out many different cars. It includes a nice reception area and an upper floor with offices.
Now, players can buy their favorite cars in a proper dealership setting. The new location feels professional and immersive, making car shopping much more enjoyable and realistic than before.
New Mechanic Shop – Greasy Gary’s
Along with the dealership, a new mechanic shop called Greasy Gary’s has opened in town.
It has replaced the old Auto Mall location. The shop has a real garage atmosphere with hydraulic car lifts to raise vehicles, plenty of tools and toolboxes, a reception area with a snack machine, and a small back office.
Players can now buy cars from Big Frank’s Motors and then take them to Greasy Gary’s for repairs. This clear separation between buying and fixing cars creates excellent roleplay opportunities. You can roleplay as a car dealer, a mechanic, or even a customer who needs help with their new vehicle.
Big Props Update – 65 New Building Props
Builders and decorators will be very happy with this part of the update.
The game has added 65 new basic building props. These props come with several powerful new features that make building much easier and more creative:
- Easier color and texture editing for more customization
- Better collisions so props no longer pass through each other
- Scaling option so you can make props bigger or smaller
- Prop duplication feature for faster building
These improvements work especially well in Private Servers. The maximum number of props you can use has also been increased. This allows players to create much bigger, better, and more detailed buildings than ever before.
House Saves Feature
Another very useful addition is the new House Saves system.
You can now save your complete house design, including all prop placements and settings, through a simple menu. This feature is a big time-saver because you don’t have to rebuild your house every time you want to try a new design or restart.
Free players get a limited number of save slots (usually up to 3). You can unlock more save slots if needed. Many players say this is one of the best quality-of-life improvements in recent updates.
Other Improvements
- Some areas in downtown Brookhaven were reorganized to make space for the new dealership and mechanic shop.
- Vehicle loading and spawning have been made smoother.
